Distance Learner Home School StudentThe Quail Run Distance Learning option is an individualized educational journey that takes place outside the traditional classroom. Distance education students learn at home using a personalized curriculum with educational resources provided by Quail Run.

Our FREE distance learning program is perfect for home-schooling families who want part-time support from a licensed teacher or those home-school families looking to participate in group social activities such as field trips, music classes and service projects.

Each enrolled student receives a $150 allowance for supplies such as paper, pencils, crayons or notebooks and a $300 allowance to purchase individualized curriculum. (Kindergarten students will receive $150 allowance for supplies and $150 to purchase individualized curriculum.)

Students are invited to attend field trips with students in their corresponding grade. Students may elect to attend a combination of visual art, dance, music and theatre classes during the day. Middle school students may also take American Sign Language, Spanish, CTE and PE classes. Home-school students participating in our distance learning program may also register for after-school enrichment classes.

Enrollment openings are limited and students are subject to a lottery process prior to acceptance. To enroll in our Distance Education Program, please apply via the online Intent to Enroll Form.
